Peter Sherlock

Founder

MBA; MCR; Dip Eng; Dip Ops.

Peter has over 25 years of experience in senior facilities management roles, including managing Global, Asia, and Australian real estate portfolios. He has experience and knowledge in the industry as an owner, landlord, corporate occupier, and a service provider across a variety of sectors including retail, commercial, health care, aged care, industrial, correctional facilities, data centres, and airport facilities.

As the founder of Sherlock Facilities Management Consulting Peter takes an active role in providing mentoring and training to the Facilities Management and Corporate Real Estate industry, providing facilitator services to the Property Council of Australia and CoreNet Global.

Sherlock FMC has completed an asset review across our entire portfolio incorporating Woolworths, BWS, Dan Murphys, Metro and Countdown stores in New Zealand totaling over 2,000 stores and approximately 600,000 assets as part of our Proactive Maintenance Project.
