Woolworths Facilities Management

Completed an asset review for all Woolworths, BWS, Dan Murphys, Metro and Countdown stores in Australia and New Zealand totaling over 2,000 stores and approximately 600,000 assets during the pandemic. Enabling Woolworths to establish a proactive asset management program.

Completed review of maintenance strategies and developed a risk matrix to manage asset maintenance.
