  • Procurement of all technical services, cleaning and security contracts across 102 retail sites nationally, delivering a full asset plan, contracts, and scopes of works enabling the Facilities teams to manage the contractors effectively with clear KPIs;

  • Mobilise new acquisitions of 12 new shopping centres, setting up supplier contracts and assisted the FM teams to manage the risks.

  • Management of R22 capital replacement program nationally.

  • Completed an asset review for all Woolworths, BWS, Dan Murphys, Metro and Countdown stores in Australia and New Zealand totaling over 2,000 stores and approximately 600,000 assets during the pandemic. Enabling Woolworths to establish a proactive asset management program.

  • Completed review of maintenance strategies and developed a risk matrix to manage asset maintenance.

  • Developed full tender documents for Fire Services, Electrical Services,Mechanical Services, Refrigeration Services, Hydraulic Services and Production Equipment;

  • Carried out technical advisory for procurement of the cash in transit tender management.
