Northern Territory Secure Facility

Darwin Correctional Precinct is a 25 year PPP project and is the main correctional facility for the Northern Territory. It provides a safe and secure facility for 1048 beds for both male and female of all security.

St Vincent's Public and Private Hospitals

St Vincent’s Hospital in Darlinghurst Sydney is one of Australia’s most iconic Hospitals.

Sherlock FMC were engaged by St Vincent’s Health to complete a full asset review of both the Public and Private hospitals with a view to assist the migration of data to their new CMMS. Sherlock FMC provided a full capital program with a Preventative Maintenance Schedule enabling both hospitals to engage the industry with full knowledge of their assets.

Calvary Mater Hospital

Calvary Mater Newcastle public hospital in Waratah, NSW, is a major hospital in the Hunter New England Local Health District and provides an Emergency Department open 24 hours seven days a week, an Intensive Care Unit, extensive Palliative Care services including the Mercy Hospice. Hunter New England Local Health District’s Mental Health facility and Breastscreen NSW are also located on the Mater campus.
